Terms of Service

Submitting Requests

All requests for support must be initiated through the Client Area on BinaryWeb.co. We will not be able to guarantee timely responses on requests initiated through email.

Screen Share and Phone Support

To provide screen share support, Binary Web will send you a link to a Zoom Video meeting and instructions for a simultaneous voice conversation over phone or Skype. When screen share is not necessary, we are available for routine phone support.

Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate is $65 per hour Monday thru Friday and $100 per hour on weekends and holidays. We also offer a 24-hour guarantee rate of $125 per hour on holiday weekends on projects that will take between four and six hours to complete.

Refund Policy

Support Incident: Once work has begun on a support ticket, full refunds will not be issued. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Maintenance Plans: Refund requests must be made within five business days of signup.

Development: We require minimum deposit of forty percent on all development projects. All deposits are non-refundable.

All refunds may take up to thirty days to process.
